In "Ice Angel," rugged ice hockey captain Matt Clark (Aaron Smolinski) is accidentally killed by
an angel. The angel informs him that he can return to earth, but only in the body of another person. In addition, Matt must
never contact his girlfriend Danielle (Judy Tylor) or his best friend & teammate Ray (Thomas Calabro). He then awakens
in the body of Sarah (Nicholle Tom), a 17-year-old champion figure skater who has been in a coma. Matt, of course, does not
recall any of Sarah's memories, nor her ability to ice skate, and the doctors diagnose Sarah with amnesia.
In addition
to fumbling in her new feminine body and clothes, she must now learn how to figure skate. Her only motivation
in learning these skills is to make the Olympics and to see Ray and Danielle. Sarah has no choice but to turn to figure skater
Tracy (Tara Lipinski) for help, although they were previously bitter competitors. Through Tracy's help, Sarah is able to regain
her ability to land her former trademark, the triple axle, and arrives at the Olympics, still hoping to see Danielle for one
last time and to encourage her former teammates, who have been discouraged after Matt's death.
